Property inspection

 

Weekly check of all rooms, bathrooms, living areas, and other parts of the property and its systems.

 

Visual inspection of walls, ceilings, and floors for any visible water leaks.

 

Ensure all windows and doors are properly closed and secured.

 

Visual check for signs of mold or mildew.

 

Set the A/C to economy mode when the client is away, keeping a proper temperature to prevent humidity.

 

Care for live plants, watering weekly.

 

Lighting check, turning lights on and off. Bulb replacement as needed.

 

Check if appliances are working. If any issue is found, a specialized technician is called (billed separately).

Weekly check of mail, deliveries, and receipt of online purchases.

 

Check of TV, internet, curtains, and cable. If needed, we call the respective service provider.

Check of smoke detector; battery replacement if needed.

 

Hurricane preparation (if applicable): remove all outdoor furniture from balconies, with later repositioning.
