Cleaning the Property

Regular cleaning (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), including supervision and guidance of the cleaning team.

Inspection of cupboards, closets, drawers, and refrigerators to ensure they remain clean and organized — and that everything is kept in its proper place (labor not included).

Verification that all cleaning equipment is clean and in proper condition.

Sending clothes to the cleaners.

Purchase of cleaning supplies (supplies not included).

Run water through all faucets, showers, and toilets to maintain circulation.

Run the dishwasher monthly to prevent buildup and odor.

Exterior window cleaning (service charged separately).
